Dmitry Barkov is the member of the Management Board of JSC “LatRosTrans” since November 16, 2015. Before joining “LatRosTrans” Barkov has worked in several international petroleum product and gas transshipping companies for more than 23 years, and since 2009 has been a member of the Supervisory Council of JSC “LatRosTrans”. Barkov has graduated from the Moscow Institute of Humanities (Russia) and perfected his knowledge at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs Syracuse University (USA) and Moscow State University (Russia).
